Fortress Dread

 This huge fortress roves across the landscape on hundreds of massive wheels. It is the awe inspiring base for Lord Dread, crewed by hundreds of Trolls, Orcs, Gnomes, Witches, Cockalorums and one hapless Goblin over seen by a team of Spooks. It has miles of dark tunnels and pipes, vast chambers full of machinery and weird equipment, some of which powers the fortress and its weaponry and some which does stuff that no one understands. Deep in the bowels of the fortress is a vast vat that contains Nobboth a gigantic squirmy alchemical creature with lots of tentacles that provides the drive power to the many wheels.

There are living quarters for the crew as well as records departments, research labs, stores, kitchens, toilets and canteens. There are also plenty of areas that have been largely forgotten where fungus grows and magical mutant creatures make their nests.
